Shipping and order fulfillment
Products may be shipped by the website owner, logistics partners or third-party suppliers (including from outside the EU).
The sender on the package may therefore differ from the website owner.
If the product supplied by the supplier does not conform to the description on the website, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order within 10 days of receiving it, with a full refund to the purchaser.
In all cases, the seller remains liable to the consumer for delivery, after-sales assistance, returns and complaints.
Disclosure to third parties for order fulfillment (Privacy)
Personal data (name, address, contact details) may be disclosed to third-party suppliers and logistics operators solely for order fulfillment (preparation, packaging, shipping).
These parties are selected and operate in compliance with personal data protection legislation, as external data processors where applicable.

Failure to deliver
In the event of failure to deliver due to the recipient’s absence or failure to collect the package from the delivery point, Madonnina Resell S.r.l. shall assume no liability for any subsequent loss or storage. Once the courier reports the package as “not delivered due to causes attributable to the recipient”, responsibility for the package shall no longer lie with the company.
In the case of payment on delivery (cash on delivery), the Customer undertakes to collect the goods ordered and pay the amount due upon delivery.
Unjustified refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package, in the absence of prior formal notice of withdrawal pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, shall not constitute valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
In such an event, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Customer the shipping costs incurred, set at a flat rate of € 8,90 (or € 11,90 in the case of international shipping), as reimbursement for transport and logistics management expenses.
The Seller’s right to do the following shall remain unaffected:
- refuse future orders with payment on delivery by the Customer;
- request advance payment methods for subsequent orders;
- take action to recover the amounts owed, within the limits permitted by law.
The Consumer’s right of withdrawal shall in all cases remain guaranteed, provided that it is exercised within the time limits and in accordance with the procedures established by applicable law.
Any notices of “order cancellation” received after shipment has taken place shall not produce automatic effects and shall not replace the formal exercise of the right of withdrawal. In such cases, refusal of delivery shall be deemed unjustified failure to collect, with the costs referred to above being applied.
