Custom products require at least 2 additional business days compared to the standard processing and customization times. Only after processing is complete is the product packed and handed over to the courier, after which the normal delivery times apply. We therefore invite you to allow for a few extra days compared to a standard order, especially during peak demand periods.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at +39 378 081 7774 or by email at info@madonninaresell.com. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been sent for preparation or shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled: in that case, you can exercise the right to return within 30 days of receipt.
In the case of a cancellation request for an order just placed but already processed by the system, we reserve the right to withhold a cancellation fee equal to the shipping cost (€ 8.90).
The tracking number is generated and sent by email almost immediately after the order, but it may not be active or updated right away. This is normal: the product is still being processed and personalized. The tracking will update correctly as soon as the personalization is complete and the courier takes charge of the shipment.

Yes, at the time of order checkout, the option for pickup points located in Milan, Nola (NA), Matera, and Vasto will be visible, where you can collect and possibly pay for the product you have chosen either in cash or by card.
As soon as the shipment is handed over to the courier, we send you an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the package in real time.
Yes, this is completely normal. The tracking code can be generated and sent automatically even before the package is physically handed over to the courier. In these cases, the tracking may not be immediately active or show updates: you just need to wait for the courier to take charge of the shipment, after which the tracking will be updated correctly.
No, all products are shipped inside an additional box that completely preserves the integrity of the shoe box.
In this case, after confirming the definitive loss of the package, we fully refund the buyer or send a new item.
For shipments within Italy, we use UPS, InPost, and BRT. For Europe (outside Italy), we ship with UPS and DHL. For Switzerland and the Principality of Monaco, we use UPS, while for Asia and America, we use Poste Italiane and UPS.
Shipping in Italy costs €8.90 (insurance included) for sneakers and clothing, and €5.90 for collectibles. Shipping is free for orders of €250 or more. For shipments outside Italy, the cost is €11.90 (insurance included).
Yes, this is completely normal. Products may be shipped directly from our logistics partners or suppliers, even outside of Italy. The sender's name or address on the package may therefore differ from that of Madonnina Resell. In any case, we remain your sole point of contact for delivery, returns, and after-sales support.
The courier will make a second delivery attempt or leave a notice with instructions for pickup at a holding point. We recommend checking the tracking to follow the progress and arrange for receipt. If the package is marked "not delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient" (prolonged absence, failure to pick up at the holding point), the responsibility for the package no longer lies with us. In case of unjustified refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs incurred (€8.90) and to limit the possibility of placing future orders with cash on delivery payment.
Shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, local VAT, and import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are charged directly by the customs authorities of the destination country and are independent of us. Warning: in case of refusal of the package due to non-payment of duties, the product price cannot be refunded.

Yes, it is possible to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods without the need for any valid reason (this will be asked for internal feedback). Once we receive the product back, we check it and issue a full refund of the item to the payment method used for the order or via bank transfer/PayPal.
The refund is issued by us at the same time as the order cancellation notification or upon receipt and verification of the return. The time it takes for the credit to appear then depends on the customer's bank: usually 2–3 business days.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund is made via standard bank transfer: we will therefore ask you for the IBAN to use.
To start a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving the product on WhatsApp at +39 378 081 7774 or by email at info@madonninaresell.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with all the instructions for the return. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used, or via bank transfer or PayPal.
